Leonard "Bud" Wineburgh Hi, my name is Amy Wineburgh-Rosenblum, President of DS Capital, LLC, and I would like to help you make your real estate vision into a reality.

DS Capital, LLC is a national multifaceted financial institution whose roots were planted over 50 years ago by my father, Leonard "Bud" Wineburgh, who was an icon in this country’s National Mortgage Banking Industry. After graduating the University of Wisconsin with an MBA, my professional career began as a closing officer at Ticor Title prior to moving on to a 15 year career as a Mortgage Banker in the Residential Mortgage Industry. By the early millennium, I had the good fortune to work with and learn from my father who introduced me to the many correspondencies he represented along with the numerous lenders ranging from insurance companies, pension funds and banks, as well as credit companies, conduits and FNMA.

In continuing on with my family's long standing tradition of finance in Commercial Real Estate, I have brought on board Andrew H. Wineburgh, a Mortgage Banking professional with over 16 years of experience and fundings/commitments in excess of $1.5 Billion. Andrew, has taken on the position of Executive Vice President with responsibilities as Head of Production and Personnel.

As mortgage banking experts, we understand the needs of developers and can match them with lenders for their specific requirements. We know what is needed to make a loan work and how to apply those facts to qualify with a particular lender. We pride ourselves on the capabilities of our loan officers and appraisers. Our exceptionally high rate of acceptance attests to that expertise.

Since the establishment of DS Capital LLC, we have continued to build upon the high level of professionalism portrayed to me by my mentor and, pardon the expression, Idol in perpetuating DS Capital LLC into a national, multifaceted financial institution representing over 60 lenders, with over 100 years of experience in our Production Staff and in every form of financing for all types of commercial and industrial property.
